I have found this firm online and read their clients' 5 star reviews. When I called for a consultation I had a very unpleasant conversation with Robert. He sounded very arrogant and unprofessional. He did not even identify his name at first nor that he was an attorney. I had to ask if he was s lawyer. Through our entire "consultation" he sounded like I was bothering him. His tone was very condescending. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with his so called "customer service" that I took my business to another law firm with a better customer care.

Tilem & Associates is a great firm with people who are timely, diligent, as well as kind. After consulting with so many firms, I was glad to be able to find and hire Tilem for their services and firmly believed they would take care of my case.
