Mr. Lowman and his team were fantastic to work with. Prompt, professional and courteous. They helped me put together new operating agreements and JV documents. I couldnt have asked for better attorneys. I plan on having them draft a second JV/Operating agreement for another company of mine.

I received the mails from James C. Washburn from Shuffield Lowman & Wilson, P.A. about the terrible work was done by Window World Orlando Florida. This attorney firm is representing them and tried to sue us for not paying installation fees to Window World in full. We have emailed and called Window World for requesting them to come back to fix the window which was installed incorrectly and the drywalls around the sliding door which were damaged by the installers. Window World has never contacted us back. Instead of fixing their terrible works, they asked this attorney firm to file a lien again the property on 7/12/22 and this attorney firm tried to threaten us for issuing a lawsuit if we don't pay the another half payment. I called the office and asked to speak James C. Washburn to see if they can have the Window World to fix the window and drywalls. The office lady told me that James said that I needed to leave messages in his voicemail since he did not want to answer my call. They are as terrible as the Window World since they are trying to help the worst business operator in town. You would have a better picture for what Window World has done to their customers by going through the most resent reviews on Google. Terrible attorney office in town! STAY AWAY!
Dear Mr. Lowman; We want to take just a moment of your time to let you know what a valuable asset you have in Matt Firestone. None of us believe anyone wants to ever have to retain an attorney. But thank God another attorney recommended Matt to us and he agreed to help us in our time of need. Not one of us had ever gone through a lawsuit before, so to say we were nervous, is a huge understatement! There were times we were so overwhelmed with requests from Matt we thought we were losing our sanity. But later, when depositions and motions started moving forward, we finally saw where his “madness” for meticulous record keeping came from. From his verbal examinations in depositions to his motion writings (which read like a John Grisham novel), he’s in a league all his own. The FINAL verdict is NOT in as yet, but we feel very optimistic we will be cleared of all alleged allegations. We just want to say that we hope and pray, if ever in the future, we’re in a similar situation, we get to Matt first for his services and not be on the opposing side where we would have to face him.
