My Dad passed away October 2018 after a short illness. Being an only child, I was executor of the estate. Rachel Schreck and Penny Morrison at the Shippensburg office were absolutely awesome to work with. The first visit they told me everything that needed to be done and the timeframe it needed to be completed. They guided me through the entire process offering advice and recommendations as needed. Penny always had time to answer my many questions. In the state of PA Inheritence tax needs to be filed within 9 months after the death. To go through the property, have sale, sell real estate, and do everything necessary on time, the family has no time to grieve.
