Holly earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University near Boston, where she played collegiate soccer and captained the team to three NCAA tournament appearances. She later moved with her family to Alabama and obtained her J.D. from Jones School of Law. After graduation, Holly began her career in personal injury law before relocating to Indiana to support her husband’s active-duty military service. During that time, she became licensed to practice in Indiana (now retired). With her husband’s final duty station at Fort Benning, she returned to Alabama and joined David at Bence Law Firm. Holly is licensed to practice in Alabama and Georgia and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the Middle District of Georgia. David Bence is a native of Alabama who has a busy law practice in Phenix City, the town where he grew up. David completed his undergraduate studies at Troy University, where he received a B.S. in Business in 2004. He then worked for a time before deciding to pursue a career in law. David enrolled at Jones School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2008.
