Attorney for the Respondent in an Appeals case regarding an accident case in which the original Plaintiff (attorney's client) was involved in a car crash and was unable to work for five months. The original court found in her favor and the Appeals Court affirmed, citing the Appellants failed to meet their prima facie burden.
