John J. Torikashvili is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida.

Glenn R. Roderman hails from the town of Port Jervis, New York, but he has been a resident of South Florida for several decades. Mr. Roderman obtained his Juris Doctorate in Law from Stetson University in 1972, and he has been practicing law in the state of Florida since that time. Mr. Roderman was admitted to the Florida Bar and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, in 1972. In 1975, Mr. Roderman was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Roderman started his career as an assistant state attorney, serving in the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in 1973 and 1974. He later served as Associate Municipal Judge in the town of Davie, from 1974 to 1976, and then in North Lauderdale, from 1975 to 1977. Mr. Roderman started his own legal practice in the early 1980’s. He continues to serve as a respected legal analyst for ABC News Channel 10, WPLG, in Miami. With over 40 years experience in the Criminal Justice System as a former Judge, State Prosecutor, and Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Roderman is available to other attorneys as a Mentor or a Coach on any or all of their criminal cases. It is that experience, Mr. Roderman says, that matters as much as any law degree when it comes to representing someone in a criminal court. Mr. Roderman says he believes many newer attorneys seem to have given less credence to experience, believing that education, alone, qualifies them to practice good law. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and served as an Assistant State Attorney for over three years in both Lee and Charlotte County. During these years, I handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from DUIs and other misdemeanors to complex felony economic crimes and sex crimes. This afforded me invaluable trial experience as well as allowing me the ability to learn the inner workings of the Judicial System. I have since decided to refocus my efforts on serving the community by protecting the rights of those accused of criminal offenses. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from City University of Seattle and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. After years of work as a software engineer, I chose to pursue a degree in law and graduated with Honors from Ave Maria School of Law in 2017. While in law school, I gained experience in Criminal Law through an internship with the US Attorney’s Office in Fort Myers and worked with a firm in Naples, focusing on litigation involving real-estate and investment disputes. Mr. Klemawesch joined the firm in 2014. His practice includes all aspects of both criminal defense and personal injury in both State and Federal Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klemawesch worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, where he tried over seventy-five cases to juries, including cases involving homicide, hate crimes, sexual battery, weapons charges, and many other areas. He was a member of the Vehicular Homicide Squad, focused on the investigation and prosecution of severe DUI cases involving significant injuries and deaths. Before working for the State of Florida, Mr. Klemawesch worked at several Florida law firms, practicing civil and commercial litigation; he also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Gregory Presnell, United States District Judge in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Klemawesch graduated in the top 3% of his law school class, and was a member of both the Trial Team and Law Review. Mr. Klemawesch has worked as a teacher in a Maasai community in Kenya, teaching English to elementary school children, and served with Doctors Without Borders in a trauma hospital in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

After several years as a prosecutor and General Counsel for the Broward County Police Benevolence Association (PBA), Michael White started his own practice focused on protecting individuals accused of crime. While serving in the State Attorney’s Office, he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting hundreds of cases across numerous divisions in County and Circuit Court, including jury trials, motions to suppress, pretrial motions and non-jury trials. In 2018, Michael was nominated by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) for Prosecutor of the Year for the state of Florida. At the PBA, Michael represented police officers accused of wrongdoing either criminally or administratively. He also negotiated collective bargaining agreements for numerous police agencies with cities throughout Broward County, Florida.

Michael was born and raised in Florida. He spent much of his youth working in orange groves and watermelon fields in Central Florida. Michael knows the roots of this community and works hard to help people in all circumstances. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Utah State University in 2008, Michael pursued a law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He graduated in 2011 and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Michael is also licensed to practice law in Georgia. While in school, Michael interned with the State Attorney's Office and went on to work as an Assistant State Attorney. He learned the criminal justice system first hand and found his passion for criminal defense. In addition to his background working on criminal cases, Michael also has experience in resolving family law and civil litigation.

Beyond his corporate roles, he worked as an independent business consultant, guiding the development and turnaround of small to mid-sized companies across various sectors, including brokerage, retail sales, and technology. In his most recent role as an Assistant Public Defender for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, Mr. Gilbert advocated for indigent persons facing legal challenges, showcasing his commitment to justice and community service. As a seasoned Wall Street veteran and reputable attorney, Mr. Gilbert is devoted to addressing diverse client needs, from estate planning and asset protection to business, commercial, and corporate law matters. Outside his professional endeavors, Mr. Gilbert finds joy in travel and quality time with his wife, Multida, and their two children, Jody (26) and Jordan (22).
