Robert H. Cooper, Esquire, is the owner of The Cooper Law Firm and has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1990. Attorney Andrew C. Barr’s practice areas include personal injury, workers’ compensation, and product liability. Andrew graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and has been practicing law since 1989. He has represented persons in all courts including family court, circuit court, magistrates court, property damage arbitration, mediation, federal court, the SC Court of Appeals and the SC Supreme Court. Jeremy Dantin has handled workers’ compensation cases at all levels in the State of South Carolina. He is a member of the Injured Workers Advocates, the premier association for claimant’s attorneys dedicated to protecting and advancing workers’ rights in workers’ compensation cases, where he formerly served on the Executive Committee and currently serves on the Legislative Committee. Masters have at least 15 or more years of legal experience.Jeremy holds two B.A. degrees – one in English from Vanderbilt University in 1994 and another in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 1995. He earned his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1999. He then spent a year clerking for Georgia Superior Court Judge C. Michael Roach before taking a job with an Atlanta firm that did primarily insurance-defense work, concentrating his practice there on cases involving products liability, nursing-home defense, construction, and well as mass-tort litigation. Jeremy and his wife, Suzanne, both grew up in the Spartanburg area and wanted to move home to raise their kids. In 2002, he returned to South Carolina and began working with a prestigious Greenville-based defense firm, before coming to work here in 2005.
