Attorney Rauseo's work is concentrated on civil litigation with a particular focus on Divorce; Car Accidents; Accident & Injury; Family Law; Collaborative Divorce; Personal Injury, motorcycle accident, slip and fall accidents and insurance defense. He is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution both within the formal litigation process and pre-suit. He also provides legal counsel and advocacy for clients in the area of family law and insurance defense.

Attorney Kenny concentrates his practice on trust and estate administration, estate planning, and taxation law including advising clients in sophisticated estate planning matters, such as gift, estate, federal estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning for significant assets. Mr. Kenny is a member of the American, New Hampshire and Nashua Bar Associations and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
