Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Two representative cases that I've recently handled are: (1) successfully obtaining a large monetary award for a client who suffered a traumatic brain injury from a car accident; and (2) successfully defending a business owner against a claim of ownership to over 48% of his business by a former, disgruntled employee.

My successful law practice has been built on perseverance, experience, attention to detail, and never-ending curiosity and preparation.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for attorneys who return their phone calls in a timely manner, and then listen. The attorneys should possess experience, yet be able to explain the law in simple, understandable language.
