QUESTIONNAIRE
Two representative cases that I've recently handled are: (1) successfully obtaining a large monetary award for a client who suffered a traumatic brain injury from a car accident; and (2) successfully defending a business owner against a claim of ownership to over 48% of his business by a former, disgruntled employee.
How did you build a successful practice?My successful law practice has been built on perseverance, experience, attention to detail, and never-ending curiosity and preparation.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Clients should look for attorneys who return their phone calls in a timely manner, and then listen. The attorneys should possess experience, yet be able to explain the law in simple, understandable language.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can provide an explanation of the law, and the procedural steps that are likely to take place in simple, clear language. I am willing to share my thoughts on both the positive and negative aspects of a potential case.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?Drive, experience, preparation, and caring differentiate me from other lawyers in the community.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of my job is fighting for clients that have been wronged or find themselves in a tough legal predicament.
What are your other interests in addition to law?In addition to practicing law, I ski, golf, play guitar, and am an exercise enthusiast.
Are you involved in your community?Yes. I am an active member of several local chambers of commerce.
