About Frank
Frank Aitcheson focuses his legal practice on international transactions, business immigration and corporate law. His clients are typically privately held international or domestic businesses, high net worth individuals or multinational publicly traded companies requiring specialized representation. In addition to his legal practice, Frank also provides international business consulting. A graduate of Georgia State University School of Law, Frank is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Frank's international legal experience includes contract preparation and negotiation, export transactions, licensing/leasing transactions, joint-venture negotiations and formation, branch and subsidiary formation and retaining and managing foreign legal counsel. His business immigration experience includes practice before the Department of Labor, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Department of State in obtaining labor certifications and nonimmigrant/immigrant status for employees of a wide range of businesses. Frank provides immigration representation to manufacturing, professional service, high tech and healthcare businesses. He also works with foreign entities in planning and establishing their U.S. operations. His corporate practice includes a wide range of services such as planning, formation, counseling, and mergers and acquisitions.
For 15 years prior to practicing law, Frank worked in sales, marketing and management with two Fortune 500 companies and a privately held business. His international business experience includes establishing and managing agency and distributor networks, negotiating multimillion dollar public and private supply agreements, organizing and managing joint-venture manufacturing operations, developing and managing licensing relationships and managing export service support. Recently, he spent two years reorganizing and managing the international division for one of his manufacturing clients.
A frequent lecturer on balancing legal and business issues in international transactions, Frank was awarded the 1995 Phoenix Award by the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce for his work in the area of international trade education. He also served as the Chairman of the North Georgia District Export Council.
