About Frank
Managing Partner of the Firm's Cherry Hill office and Member of its Real Estate Group; Banking & Financial Services Group. Mr. Tedesco has an extensive background in the acquisition and development of residential and commercial real estate. He has represented national, regional and local real estate entrepreneurs in the development of residential tracts, both single family and condominiums, apartment complexes, office and industrial parks, and commercial retail centers.
Mr. Tedesco has represented real estate development entrepreneurs before municipal and county planning boards and state agencies including the Departments of Environmental Protection and Transportation and the Department of Community Affairs.
In connection with the development of commercial real estate, Mr. Tedesco has represented various national and local restaurant/bar entrepreneurs in the acquisition and/or disposition of Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses issued by the State of New Jersey. Additionally, he has represented restaurant/bar operators in defending charges imposed by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for violations of the New Jersey statute and regulations governing restaurant/bar operations.
Mr. Tedesco has served as bond counsel to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, counsel to underwriters, trustees and bond purchasers and borrowers in various tax-exempt financing. He also has extensive municipal law experience in having served as the Solicitor for the Borough of Merchantville for 20 years and the Oaklyn Planning Board for 5 years. Additionally, he represents numerous financial institutions in both loan origination and problem loans in connection with real estate and other types of financing.
