Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

A case in the last year or two where I made a big difference is a case in which I represented a client who sustained serious injuries as the result of a medical product, and which resulted in a $1.5 million settlement for the client. I am unable to provide specifics, because the matter was settled on a confidential basis.

How did you build a successful practice?

I built a successful practice largely by word of mouth, and as the result of people responding to the information on my website.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for a lawyer with a proven track record, who also is open and honest about the risks involved in litigation, and who is responsive to requests by the client for information, and/or updates about the client's case.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is not particularly important to the success of the type of cases I bring on behalf of my clients. The cases my firm becomes involved in are generally in the area of complex civil litigation, such as products liability, medical malpractice, and investment fraud. The general principles which govern these types of cases are pretty much the same throughout the United States.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I can provide a prospective client with an objective, initial response to a factual scenario he or she believes forms the basis for legal action. I can advise the prospective client of the potential costs, risks, etc.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

In a free phone conversation I need to know as much as possible about the pertinent facts of a prospective case.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I am highly experienced, with an excellent track record, and we have a small office which provides our clients and their cases with a high level of individual attention.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping people who have been seriously injured to recover enough money to provide them with financial security.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

In addition to law, my interests include spending time with my wife and children, golf, traveling, food, and investing.

Are you involved in your community?

Yes. I frequently perform legal services for people in my community on a charitable basis, and I am also frequently engaged in charitable work and giving through my Temple.
