Mr. Trachtman was born in Mexico City, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Trachtman began third grade in El Paso, Texas. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Southern California where he attained a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Southwestern University School of Law were he attained a juris doctorate in 1993.

Mr. Trachtman is admitted to practice in California (1993), Arizona (1994), Nevada (1994), Colorado (1995) and the Territory of Guam (1995). Mr. Trachtman is also a admitted and qualified as an attorney to practice in the Ninth Circuit and the US Supreme Court.

Since 1993 (or for over 23 years) Mr. Trachtman has been assisting victims injured in personal injury matters. Mr. Trachtman has handled matters including issues involving: multi-car accidents, severe burn injuries, eye injuries, spinal cord injuries, accidents involving children, truck accidents, motorcycle accident, negligent security, premise liability and wrongful death.

Additionally, Mr. Trachtman has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and trials.

Mr. Trachtman is also a Eight Judicial District Court Arbitrator and was previously an Alternate Judge for the Municipal Court and a Traffic Referee in the Las Vegas Justice Court.

Mr. Trachtman is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rated attorney and has received a Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award for quality of service, overall value, responsiveness, and communication ability.
