Questions & Answers

How did you build a successful practice?

Time and results. It takes time to navigate an immigration case. But successful cases build upon one another in that clients learn to trust you and ask their friends and family to do the same.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for someone who is open and transparent about their case, their chances of success, and their legal options. Lawyers who are unwilling to discuss details with their clients and who hide the ball should be avoided.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Critical. Local practice rules and the quirks of local judges can be key in placing your client in the best position possible.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Getting a client some form of status, whether it be TPS, a green card, or naturalization.
