Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts, and commercial litigation.

Atlanta medical malpractice attorney Meri Benoit Link joined the Malone Law Medical Malpractice and Severe Injury Lawyers office in 2006. Meri began her civil litigation career representing corporate clients in complex business matters but then became specialized as a defense attorney representing physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes in professional negligence claims. Now, as a part of the Malone Law Medical Malpractice and Severe Injury Lawyers team, she dedicates her practice to representing those who have suffered serious injuries and damages caused by the negligence of others. Meri obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1995. She received her law degree in 1999 from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review. Meri is admitted to: Georgia Bar; Georgia Court of Appeals; Supreme Court of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Warren Abel is an experienced, aggressive attorney who fights for those who are injured or are unable to work due to negligence. The son of two physicians, Warren had an early eye for science, a keen understanding for the value of health, as well as compassion for the welfare for others. Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas afforded him the opportunity to surround himself with history. As an alumnus of Little Rock High School he has a unique, personal awareness of our nation’s integration crisis. Here he not only excelled academically, but played multiple sports where he further developed his leadership and advocacy skills. Warren is a graduate of Emory University and University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Warren worked in 22nd Judicial Circuit Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Benton, Arkansas. There, Warren tried and won his first case and assisted prosecutors on cases ranging from felony murder to vehicular homicide. During his second and third years of law school, Warren worked at the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s office, where he supported the felony prosecutors with trials and motions. Warren was noted by the clinic director for his outstanding work in the District Attorney’s office. Following law school, Warren worked at Heifer International, one of the top 10 charities worldwide, in Little Rock, Arkansas. After a successful stint at Heifer International, Warren returned to Georgia and began advocating for those who are wrongly injured across Georgia. Warren appreciates the culture, history, and sports our community has to offer. He enjoys hiking with his 2 dogs, playing basketball and golf, fishing, and music.

Jeffrey James is a litigation attorney who has built his career fighting for plaintiffs’ rights in and out of courtrooms across Georgia. Prior to moving to Athens and joining the firm, Mr. James was a top litigator for a large plaintiff’s firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he helped manage and lead the firm’s litigation department. Mr. James found his calling as a trial attorney while in law school where he competed as a member of Barry University School of Law’s nationally ranked trial team. As a trial team advocate, he’s competed in trial competitions across the nation and gained valuable courtroom skills that he continues building on today fighting for plaintiffs in court. Along with being an active member of his law school’s trial team, he also excelled in legal research and writing and became a published law review author. Raised in Florida, Mr. James is an avid surfer and enjoys traveling with his wife to various surf destinations around the globe. He has now proudly made Athens his home where he and his wife stay busy raising their two wild toddlers.

My practice is centered in the areas of family law that includes appeallant cases. We also handle general civil litigation cases, including difficult cases like whistleblower employment cases. The central theme of my practice is helping individuals and business through life changing events. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a paralegal for twelve years with heavy client contact and extensive experience in civil litigation. My practice couples my education and experience with technological advances to deliver quality legal services to my clients. We are a smaller firm so we are able to keep client costs down.
