I work with my clients putting together plans and documents to keep them in better control of their business and their lives. My business and accounting knowledge and experience. I take the time to build relationships with my clients that allow me to know more about them; their businesses; their goals and their concerns. It is important to me that my clients understand the documents and plans we put in place. How else could they be effective for them.
In most cases there are outside and personality issues that will have an effect on the best laid plans. I work with you to solve the problem and we try to determine if there is something we can do for the future to either prevent the problem or lessen the pain. Unfortunately, I cannot stop people from suing you, but I can work with you so that if you are in litigation it will require less of your time, lower the costs due to the litigator having the necessary documentation, to defend your interests and thereby likely lowering your legal costs.
