Christopher Hudson is an attorney located in Augusta, Georgia, who serves the entire Central Savannah Region in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters. Following college, Chris attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Casey Martin, Reasonable Modifications under the ADA FORE the disabled.” 53 Mercer L. Rev. 1717 (2002). Chris graduated law school in 2003 and achieved the academic record of cum laude, finishing among the top 10% of his graduating class. Additionally, Chris received the following academic honors/recognitions: Induction into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society; Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing; a Certificate from the College’s Nationally acclaimed legal writing program; and CALI Awards for the highest grades in Advanced Legal Writing and Law Practice Management. Chris is currently a Member of the State Bar of Georgia and South Carolina, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Young Lawyers of Augusta. Additionally, Chris is a member of the Builders’ Association of Metro Augusta and the Augusta Mortgage Banker’s Association. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman.

Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. Jonathan prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.
