Mr. Richardson has extensive experience both counseling and advocating on behalf of employers concerning issues relating to recruiting and hiring, employee misconduct, sexual harassment, wrongful or retaliatory discharge, wage and hour law, union organizing, unfair labor practices, labor contract negotiation and administration, layoffs and plant closings, workplace safety and health, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, employment-related torts, and workplace privacy.
