Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Mr. Rotkop has been a Los Angeles resident for over 20 years. He received a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis on Business from UCLA and attained a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School.
Prior to forming the Law Office of Gary L. Rotkop, Mr. Rotkop spent more than a decade working with pharmacies, hospices, and other healthcare services providers. Mr. Rotkop also practiced corporate law as General Counsel and sat on the board of directors for USArmenia TV network, the most viewed Armenian language television network in the United States.
