Matt Kyle is the attorney of choice in New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Seguin. He founded the firm in 1998. Ambrose Reilly grew up in Houston, Texas, but has family roots in New Braunfels. Ambrose graduated with honors (B.A. Government, Minor in History) from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020. He then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, Ambrose was a legal intern at the Kyle Law Firm, where he worked on both criminal and personal injury matters. After briefly working in Houston after bar passage, Ambrose returned to New Braunfels and joined the Kyle Law Firm as an associate attorney in the summer of 2024. Ambrose primarily handles personal injury matters with the Kyle law firm, he has also succeeded in trial for criminal defense matters. He has successfully represented clients from the day a client is injured through the settlement of their claim, including being a part of the trial team that secured the highest verdict in Comal County history.

Jeff Frazier is of counsel to the Kyle Law Firm in New Braunfels, Texas and practices in the areas of criminal defense, civil rights, and marijuana law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Latin American Association for Universal Human Rights (ALDHU). Mr. Frazier worked on litigation resulting in the disbanding of the Texas Regional Narcotic Task Force System, litigation resulting in the cessation of Plan Columbia fumigations, and litigation leading to a change in the law and a change in the reporting policies of the Michigan State Police Forensic Division. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Universidad Espiritu Santo, Guayaquil, Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish.
