Glen's law practice is concentrated on insurance and banking litigation. He represents insurance companies in pursuing large-loss subrogation claims. His subrogation practice includes real property, personal property, and automobile claims for both personal and commercial policies. Additionally, Glen defends insurers in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
Glen's banking practice includes a variety of matters, including the defense of construction loan disputes and account fraud claims, including check alterations and forgeries. In addition, he is experienced with commercial loan recovery and foreclosures.
Glen is a graduate of the Cleveland State University Law School and is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and several federal district courts and appellate courts. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
Glen lives in Auburn Township with his wife, two kids, and several pets. He enjoys running, tennis, travel, home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
