Hon Glenn A Allen, Attorney

Glenn Allen is one of the founding partners at the law firm of Allen, Tunac & Coughlon, PLLC. Mr. Allen is a third generation native of Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Allen received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Utah and then obtained his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and received numerous American Jurisprudence Awards for academic achievement.

Mr. Allen's experience includes time with the City Attorney's Office for the City of Houston, where Mr. Allen worked in the Labor/Employment Division handling such matters as lawsuits concerning racial and employment discrimination.

Mr. Allen has also worked for two of the largest prosecuting agencies in the United States. Mr. Allen was a law clerk for the Harris County District Attorney's Office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Allen has also worked for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office as a Deputy County Attorney. This time as a prosecutor has afforded Mr. Allen the opportunity to personally work on a countless number of criminal cases at both the felony and misdemeanor level.

Mr. Allen is also the president of our sister company, Lawyer's Realty of Arizona, LLC where he engages in the purchasing and sale of commercial and residential properties with an emphasis in assisting investors acquire and manage their real estate portfolios.

Mr. Allen has also received Certificates of Appreciation from such agencies as the Houston City's Attorney's Office and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.

Mr. Allen is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona, the District Court for the District of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
