He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts, the Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Court, and Federal Third District Court of Appeals. He served as an attorney with other firms before forming Bartifay Law Offices, P.C. in 1999. He also served as manager of the Pittsburgh office of a national title insurance company and inhouse counsel for a real estate settlement agency.
