About Glenn
Glenn D. Moses concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial bankruptcy, business reorganization, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He represents chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, equity interest holders, DIP lenders and purchasers of businesses and assets from bankruptcy estates. Mr. Moses has substantial experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy related claims at both the trial and appellate levels, including fraud claims and avoidance litigation. He also has significant experience in the representation of franchisors in numerous franchisee bankruptcies throughout the country, as well as in the representation of entities in the real estate, retail and service industries.
Mr. Moses is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, he has been named as one of the top lawyers in Florida in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights by the South Florida Legal Guide and by Florida Trend magazine.
Mr. Moses is a member of the Florida and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts in 1989 where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
