About Glenn
Mr. Sickenberger is a partner in the Business Department. Having previously held in-house counsel positions with a national shopping center developer/manager and with an institutional lender, he draws upon a depth of legal and business experience in representing and counseling clients in a broad variety of real estate and related financing transactions. An area of particular concentration in his practice is commercial real estate leasing of all types, with emphasis on shopping center leases. Mr. Sickenberger represents retail chains and shopping center landlords in negotiating and drafting leases and dealing with related operational, management and enforcement issues. He also represents financial institutions in mortgage lending, including construction loans, as well as workouts and mortgage foreclosures.
Mr. Sickenberger received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971 and his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University in 1974. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (having served on its Legal Opinions Drafting Group) and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Sickenberger has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
