Tullio DeLuca was admitted to bar in 1990 in Pennsylvania, US District Court, Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Attorney DeLuca represents debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy loan workouts, and foreclosure proceedings. Vincent Rubino is a shareholder in the firm of Newman Williams, P.C., in Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law at the firm since 1987. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Attorney Rubino is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra School of Law in Hempstead, N.Y. Attorney Rubino devotes his practice to representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, having represented over six thousand (6,000+) clients in Monroe, Pike, Northampton, Carbon, Lehigh, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Attorney Rubino was a member of the Board of Directors of the Middle District Bar Association for its initial decade, and was President between 2005 and 2007.
