Chris Edwards is the managing attorney for the Upstate of South Carolina office of Moss & Associates Attorneys, PA. Chris served in the military before attending the University of South Carolina where he obtained his A.S. and B.A. degrees. After his undergraduate studies, Chris worked in public safety in Charleston, SC before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His first job as an attorney was for Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia, SC where he practiced criminal, civil, and family law. Now, Chris' practice involves filing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. Robert H. Cooper, Esquire, is the owner of The Cooper Law Firm and has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1990. "Bob" Cooper, as he is known by all, received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from The University of South Carolina. Attorney W. Chris Castro is a solo practitioner and the founder of the Castro Law Firm, LLC located in Greenville, South Carolina. During his tenure at the University of Dayton School of Law Chris earned the CALI award for academic excellence in both the Professional Responsibility (Ethics) course and the Student Law Clinic course. Chris enlisted in the South Carolina Army National Guard in 1988 and went on to attend and graduate from the Palmetto Military Academy Officer Candidate School. He was subsequently commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the South Carolina Army National Guard. Chris currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the North Carolina Army National Guard. During his twenty-eight years in the military Chris has served three active duty deployments with the United States Army. Two of these deployments were to the combat zones of Kuwait and Afghanistan. Chris was most recently deployed from 2015-2016 to Kosovo, a former province of the Republic of Yugoslavia. Chris continues to serve today as a Lieutenant Colonel in the North Carolina National Guard. After law school Chris practiced law in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for several years. He served as a contract public defender for two years representing clients in the Georgetown County Court of General Sessions. While living in Myrtle Beach Chris practiced law in Horry and Georgetown Counties in the areas of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law, and Veterans Disability Law.

As a young lawyer, Michael spent several years working for two of Atlanta’s premier insurance defense firms. He represented locally and nationally-known trucking companies, automobile insurers, and premises liability insurers in defense of lawsuits filed by accident victims. When Mike made a career move to the plaintiff’s side, his tenure in the large law firm environment and representation of prominent insurance companies provided Mike the experience necessary to obtain hundreds of favorable settlements and verdicts for his personal injury clients. After a decade of practicing law in Atlanta, Michael and his wife Bren decided it was time to move back to Bren’s hometown of Greenville, SC so they could help accident victims in the Upstate area and be a part of a beautiful, growing city. He and Jean also love to have Brittany visit from her home in Charlotte or go to visit her. David and his family are active members of Scenic Hills Baptist Church where he serves as the church’s legal counsel.
