Gregg Ilardi | Hackensack Real Estate Lawyer | New Jersey

Gregg A. Ilardi is a partner in Harwood Lloyd's Commercial Department, concentrating in commercial litigation. He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. Mr. Ilardi represents public and private companies in breach of contract, employment, restrictive covenant, franchise, product liability and general commercial disputes. He also represents clients in regulatory proceedings relating to sales practices and consumer fraud issues. Mr. Ilardi also represents attorneys in legal malpractice and ethics matters. Mr. Ilardi represents clients in both an advisory role and as a trial lawyer throughout New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. Among his clients are Fortune 100 companies in the retail and pharmaceutical fields. In 2008, he was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of the top forty lawyers under the age of forty. In 2009 and 2010, he was selected as a Super Lawyer.

Mr. Ilardi received his B.A. in Communications from Iona College in 1991. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995.

Mr. Ilardi served as law clerk to Hon. Arthur L. Troast, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, for the 1995-1996 term.

Mr. Ilardi is a volunteer youth soccer and baseball coach, and a Barrister of The Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court, where he lectures on New Jersey civil procedure.

Mr. Ilardi is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1995), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1995), the courts of the State of New York (2001), and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (2010).

Mr. Ilardi is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
