About Gregory
Mr. LoCasale is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage matters.
Mr. LoCasale counsels and represents major property and casualty insurance companies in litigation in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings nationwide. Through the use of negotiation, mediation and litigation, he has favorably resolved many multi-million dollar insurance coverage disputes for his clients arising out of environmental, asbestos, toxic tort and other long term exposure claims. Mr. LoCasale also frequently advises clients on coverage issues, claim handling matters and claims investigation.
Mr. LoCasale received his B.B.A. in 1985 from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. in 1988 from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Mr. LoCasale is also admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
