About Gregory
Gregory K. Need handles all types of matters involving municipal law, real estate, and zoning and land use issues on behalf of municipalities, private property owners, developers, and condominium associations, including appearances before public bodies, rezonings, variances, other approvals, property tax appeals, and land use litigation. He also maintains an active probate and estate planning practice, advising clients and preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, patient advocate designations, guardianships, and conservatorships, and an active business law practice, advising business entities in matters including business formation, succession planning, employment agreements, and dissolution. He is an adjunct professor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a co-author of ICLE's 2008 update of Michigan Zoning and Planning. He is a frequent lecturer regarding land use and estate planning issues and is involved in several civic and community leadership positions.
