Mr. Harbison has practiced law in Virginia since 1998, handling thousands of worker’s compensation and Social Security Disability cases, from minor injuries to complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. Greg Harbison has served as the Legislative Chair for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, where he advocates at the General Assembly on behalf of injured workers. A speaker and consultant for workers’ compensation law, he also contributes to the Annual Workers’ Compensation Advanced Practice Retreat education program for other lawyers who represent injured workers.
Because of this dedication, he has been recognized with numerous honors, including recognition in Super Lawyers® Magazine from 2007 to 2016, and being named in the “Best Lawyers” list in U.S. News & World Report in 2015.

Gregory Harbison graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 with a degree in Economics. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1997, with honors, where he served as Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
An active community member, Mr. Harbison is a member and trustee at Shady Grove United Methodist Church and supports the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. He lives just outside of Richmond with his wife Brenda and two children.
