We are one of the oldest law firms in Birmingham as well as Alabama, founded in 1959 on a simple premise: provide clients with the guidance and expertise of a large law firm but with the service and value of a small law firm.

We incorporated the latest legal technologies into our practice. These advancements include weekly updates on Court rulings in Alabama.
