About Gregory
Greg Schlais is an associate in the firm's Honolulu office and is a member of the Corporate & Business Practice Group. His practice includes a range of matters including business formation and start-up, business planning and reorganization, real estate development projects, the buying and selling of businesses and business interests, land use entitlements and environmental work.
At the William S. Richardson School of Law, Mr. Schlais served as a Technical Editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review and as a research assistant to William S. Richardson Law Professor, Eric Yamamoto.
