Client Counseling and Negotiations Board.  Mr. Sperlich is a recent addition to the firm, having previously served as a Deputy State's Attorney from 1997-2001 and as Chief Deputy State's Attorney from 2001 to 2004.  While acting as a prosecutor, Mr. Sperlich tried over 80 jury trials including: rape, kidnapping, vehicular homicide and homicide.  Mr. Sperlich was also an instructor at the National Advocacy Center, America's School for Prosecutors.  Mr. Sperlich practices in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation and criminal defense.
