Our founder, Chip Nix, knew he would be a trial lawyer since he was in the seventh grade in Montgomery public schools. Chip graduated from Auburn University and was awarded Phi Eta Sigma, a scholastic honorary. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was on the National Moot Court Team. He began his legal career upon admission to the bar in 1973. He has spent four decades serving clients in numerous cases throughout the state.

He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and has served as an Administrative Law Judge in various disputes.
