I originally hired a different firm in Atlanta. Ten months into my case I was referred to Labrum Law Firm, Nashville TN. From the beginning of my time working with Labrum Law Firm, they were fantastic at communicating. Having come from the other firm where they called maybe 5-7 times in ten months, Labrum Law Firm from day one called, emailed or text regularly. Like almost biweekly after the first weeks of weekly. The entire staff from answering phones to paralegals to attorneys all treated me and my case like it was important. They updated me as to what direction we were heading. Openly communicated obstacles as they came up and my choices. Never tried to push me toward a decision but instead gave me information and allowed me to decide. In a country where I feel like we have lost any form of customer service (except Chik-fila's), they made me glad to be working with them and more than happy to tell anyone who wants to hear my opinion.
