$800,000.00 Medical Malpractice Settlement
Cranwell & Moore, Personal Injury Attorneys were successful in mediating a $800,000.00 Medical Malpractice Settlement. Due to a delay in treatment, the client almost died, went into a coma, and had to endure many months of hospital treatment and rehabilitation. The client also sustained substantial medical bills as a result of the malpractice.

$290,000.00 Total Settlement in Auto/Truck Collision Case
An elderly gentleman was riding as a passenger in a vehicle driven by his wife. A truck negligently crossed the center line and hit the husband and wife head-on. The force from the crash pushed their car backwards into another building. Both the husband and wife were taken by ambulance to a local emergency room. The husband was hospitalized due to the injuries he received in the head-on collision.
The wife was treated at the emergency room and released. Unfortunately, the husband was admitted into the hospital and eventually passed away from the injuries he received in the automobile collision.
