The family unit is a personal thing.  When you are are having family law issues,  everything can change. With more than 15 years of vigorous experience litigating family law cases, Heather helps her clients find their way back to healing and happiness, instead of being overwhelmed and worried about their court case.

Over the past 15 years, the bulk of Heather’s law practice has been consumed by family law, divorce, and adoption. Heather has successfully navigated the family law court with countless clients.  Heather is experienced in father’s rights litigation, having won custody and child support for many fathers.  Likewise, when representing mothers, Heather fights just as vigorously.  Heather has been on both sides of the alimony and child support dispute. Depending on which side she is representing, Heather has litigated hard for her client’s interests in either paying or receiving alimony and/or child support.
