Helenemarie M. Blake is a shareholder with the firm's Miami office. Her practice areas include bad faith, all aspects of law pertaining to the insurance industry, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice law, property and casualty, and wrongful death.
She is a member of the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council and the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. Blake actively participates in annual fundraising programs for the Jackson Memorial Foundation, and actively fundraises for the University of Miami , where she went to law school. As a former member of the Ransom Everglades School Alumni Board, she has also coordinated fundraising and alumni relations events. In addition to her community involvement, she is a member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and The Florida Bar Association.
