About Henry
For over 25 years, Henry M. Stein has represented clients throughout the Phoenix and east Valley area, including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek. Mr. Stein, along with his partner and wife, established the law firm of STEIN and STEIN, P.C. in 1984. The firm consists of its two founding attorneys, Henry and Maria Stein, along with their support staff.
Mr. Stein was born in New York in 1958 and later moved to Arizona in 1968. He graduated Marcos de Niza high school in Tempe, Arizona and went on to graduate Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, magna cum laude. Mr. Stein then attended Arizona State University College of Law, graduating in 1983.
Since his admission to the Arizona State Bar and the United States District Court in 1983, Mr. Stein has primarily represented business clients in the following areas:

During his more than 25 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Stein has frequently served as general counsel to businesses for many, many years. In fact, Mr. Stein is proud to say that one of his first clients from 1984 remains an active client now. Mr. Stein is a licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona and belongs to the following other professional organizations/ associations: Maricopa County Bar Association, United States District Court, District of Arizona and East Valley Bar Association (vice president).
Although he has extensive experience in litigating or arbitrating cases, Mr. Stein's approach is to negotiate a just and equitable resolution of the client's issues, whenever possible. Of course, there are circumstances where litigation or arbitration is the only option. If that must be the case, Mr. Stein is ready to protect each client's interests and litigate the matter to its conclusion. Mr. Stein provides thorough and effective representation for his clients, ensuring their interests are protected.
