I had a client who was injured after recently losing their job. They needed compensation to cover their bills and medical expenses. I ensured that they were compensated appropriately, and quickly.
How did you build a successful practice?
I built a successful practice by always working directly with my client. I do not rely on my paralegal or staff to do legal work for the client. My clients value that I am hands-on with their case.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
A client should look for a lawyer who is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to understand the intricacies of a client's case. That makes a big difference.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is important for smaller municipal or county cases. For the most part, state cases can be handled by an attorney who has state experience.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
In free phone consultation I always ask the necessary questions to collect as much information as possible. From there, I am able to offer the client options and factors to decide their next step.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
For a free phone consultation it is best that the client send me an documents they have in advance for review. Afterwards, they will have the opportunity to explain those documents to I could best guide them.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I am distinct from other attorneys because I a deal directly with my client. I do not hand off cases to junior associates, paralegals, or third parties. My client hired me, so I am on their case 100%.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to show people that there is hope in their case.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy spending time with my family, and making memories with them.

I participate at food pantries and soup kitchens regularly.
