Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Lisa N. Wysong has been practicing law for 20 years. After beginning her practice with a large firm in Atlanta, Georgia, she joined the Florida Bar in 2001 and returned to her hometown of Tampa where she was mentored by local prominent attorneys in the areas of family law, real estate law, and business litigation. She founded the Norton Wysong Law firm in 2013.

James Elliott is a native of Tampa, Florida. After graduating from Tampa Jesuit High School, he attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts, and then continued his education at the Florida State University where he received a Master of Arts. Mr. Elliott received his Juris Doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Labor Lawyer Journal, and earned a Certificate of Concentration in Corporate Counsel. Mr. Elliott also earned a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University, and was named a Super Lawyer rising star in 2017. He has published several articles in various legal journals around the country, including the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. Mr. Elliott began his career as a judicial extern with a former bankruptcy judge, Judge Stephen D. Gerling of the Northern District of New York. Mr. Elliott then continued to practice bankruptcy law and consumer protection in Tampa, Florida and joined the McIntyre Thanasides law firm in 2010. Mr. Elliott represents clients through personal and business bankruptcy, as well as out-of-court debt restructurings. Whether representing businesses or individuals, Mr. Elliott takes pride in advocating for his clients’ interest and assisting clients in creating financial plans that meet their particular goals. Attorney Tobin, a native of the Tampa Bay area, received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in International Studies, from the University of South Florida in 1988. In 1996, Mr. Tobin received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in Texas. While at St. Mary’s, Mr. Tobin was active in trial advocacy, mock trial and moot court as well as the International Law Association. He attended the Institute for World Legal Problems in Austria in 1994 and interned with Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas in 1995. Mr. Tobin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and began his career primarily practicing employment law in Daytona Beach, Florida. He returned to the Tampa Bay area in 1998,where he has continued practicing employment litigation ever since. In addition, he has expanded his practice areas to include commercial litigation, contract disputes and business law. Mr. Tobin is focused on using his diverse background in providing legal services to both individuals and corporate clients, whether counseling them on individual rights, or issues relating to their companies, employment relationships or prospective business transactions. He has also enjoyed trial work in both federal and state courts throughout his career, as well as prosecuting appeals in both arenas.
