Kyle Barrentine is a Civil Practice lawyer primarily providing representation as to County and Municipal governments and in education within St. Clair County. Kyle also has extensive experience in workplace investigations and ethics guidance. Kyle is a lifelong Alabama resident, is a magna cum laude graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (1997) where he was on the Cumberland Law Review and inducted into Curia Honoris. In 2018, he earned his LL.M. from The Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia as the lone civilian in the 66th Graduate Course. Kyle has worked in the legal field for over 40 years, practiced in Birmingham for several years before being a partner with Harmon Furr Barrentine, LLC in Pell City, Alabama and recently retired from Federal Service as a Senior Labor Lawyer with the United States Army Materiel Command at Redstone Arsenal. Served the community for years as a youth sports coach in baseball, basketball and football as well as on the local baseball park board. Kyle is married to Jeanne and they have two sons, two daughters-in law, a granddaughter and Echo the dog, and they enjoy travel, family and cooking.
