Welcome to the Law Offices of Homee F. Shroff, PLLC. I am an EB-1 immigrant myself (immigrant visa based on extra-ordinary ability alien) and by birth, a Zoroastrian (you are encouraged to Google this). Zoroastrian's believe in commitment, integrity and loyalty to all people and all given tasks at hand. My motto is Doing Immigration With Integrity. I can be reached by e-mail, fax or phone. All e-mails and phone calls are answered personally and messages are returned promptly. Cases are handled personally from start to finish, and work is done with client on an one-on-one basis. Appointments and meetings may be held at any place convenient to client, and at the earliest convenience. Emergency availability is possible at most given times. Payment options and plans are also available. Business can be conducted in Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu languages.

A little bit on my law firm. My immigration practice areas include: (1) non-immigrant business visas (H-1B1, H-2B, TN, etc.), as well as labor certification, NIW, and other processing toward green card ad citizenship, (2) family immigration (K and other visas) as well as marriage based adjustment processing toward green card and citizenship (3) other visas such as (F-1, J, O, P, L, etc.) as well as change/extension of visas, (4) asylum, bond hearings and withholding from removal. Additionally, I do employment cards, travel permits, and consular processing. Clientele include Canada, France, India, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, and several other countries in the former Eastern Europe as well as in Africa.

A little bit on myself. My work experience includes academic teaching as adjunct faculty, 711 law clerk for Cook County (Criminal Division) and City of Chicago (Municipal Division and Administrative Review), and private immigration firms, as well as associate attorney for private civil law firm in Chicago. I have attained several higher degrees from universities in Boston, Chicago, Kansas and Texas. I have published as well as been guest editor, and presented globally in multiple invited seminars and conferences. I am the recipient of several awards and honors, such as the CALI Law Awards and the Harry S. Truman Award. Presently, I am the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Arizona State Chapter Secretary and continue to be involved in public service as well as Pro Bono work such as citizenship processing, refugee processing, withholding from removal, on a regular basis, including but not limited to, educating elementary students in the benefits of immigration as well as local businesses in dealing with different employee status and visa types.
