A successful practice is built by being knowledgeable in your area of practice, treating everyone with respect, being honest with you clients about their case/matter and fighting to get everything your client is entitled in a professional manner.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
A client should look for an attorney who is knowledgeable in their field, accessible to and willing to take the time to meet with and talk to their clients, honest in the expectations of the client's case/matter and will represent their clients in a professional manner.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is extremely important to the success of your case. From knowing the law, the court/judges and their rules and the value of the case for the jurisdiction you are in.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
During a free phone consultation, Levin & Chetkof can provide an opinion as to the case/matter/issue that the prospective client has and discuss how to proceed forward. Most importantly what can be accomplished at a consultation is that the client can get their story out and there can be a conversation about what the client's legal position is and what they can expect if they retain Levin & Chetkof to represent them.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
The only thing that we need for a free phone consultation is the prospective client to put aside some time where they will be undistracted to discuss their matter..

The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to help other people.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my wife and kids and I am still physically active. I play competitive soccer, ski, mountain bike and golf .
