About Howard
Howard Herschberg has specialized in real estate law for over 24 years. Mr. Herschberg apprenticed at the law firms of McLaughlin & Stern, Ballen and Ballen (where he practiced in real estate, corporate and commercial litigation) and Proskauer Rose (where he represented national and local real estate developers and syndicates). Subsequently, Mr. Herschberg became a partner at the firm of Stadtmauer & Bailkin where he worked in the transaction group and represented a wide array of developers and handled numerous complex real estate transactions. Mr. Herschberg later established his own law office where he has represented the interests of a variety of clients in numerous commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial, industrial and residential properties, cooperative corporation law, condominium law (including office and residential condominium conversion, cooperative conversions "dockominiums" and marina development), retail and store leasing, office leasing, urban development projects, shopping center development and leasing, partnership and LLC syndications, mortgage restructuring and work-outs.
