Howard has been with the firm since 1971. He received his B.A. degree from Augustana College in 1968 and his J.D. degree from DePaul University in 1971. His professional memberships include the Illinois and Lake County Bar Associations and the Jefferson Inn of Court, a national organization of Judges and Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Federal Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Howard's practice is concentrated in the areas of litigation, municipal law, contracts, real estate, construction law and appeals. Howard and his wife reside in Ingleside.
