Ari Trubitt is a Senior Associate Attorney at Sexner & Associates LLC and a life-long Chicago area resident who graduated from the University of Illinois and the John Marshall School of Law. He began his legal career as an intern at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and soon thereafter moved to a law firm from which he began practicing all manner of criminal defense from minor traffic offenses and misdemeanor cases up to first-degree murder. Mr. Stein represents parties to civil and criminal actions in state and federal courts and other tribunals. He has handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, proceedings before arbitration tribunals, mediation sessions, and appeals, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Illinois. Mr. Stein usually represents business interests in commercial disputes, but he also often representing individuals in estate contests and personal injury litigation. James “Jim” B. Goldberg received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the John Marshall Law School. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from DePaul University. Prior to attending Law School, James was a High School teacher in the Chicago Public School System. James is a Lecturer at the Illinois Emergency Nurse Association (IENA) and Adjunct Lecturer at Capital Area School of Nursing (Springfield).

It was at this point that Mike knew he needed Judd on his team (despite Judd's lifelong loyalty as a White Sox fan) and persuaded him to leave the Secretary of State.
