He has practiced in various municipal and common pleas courts throughout Ohio. He has participated in numerous Ohio Appellate cases and has successfully argued multiple cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, the most recent of which resulted in a unanimous favorable decision in 2014. In 1999, he obtained the highest verdict for a “civil murder” case in the state of Ohio. He has held membership in the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Westerville Bar Association, American Bar Association, The Academy of Trial Lawyers Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
Aside from his law practice, he has mentored many high school and college students, coached all levels of baseball, served on multiple business and governmental committees and volunteers his time at the Delaware County Board of Elections. He is a member of St. Paul’s church in Westerville, Ohio.
He has maintained his law office in the same location in downtown Westerville for over 30 years.
