J. Arthur Eaves, Attorney

Mr. Eaves is a trial attorney.  He is an Owner of the law firm.  He divides his time between three main areas of practice including medical malpractice, municipal liability and personal injury.  Mr. Eaves regularly tries cases before the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix as well as other Superior Courts throughout the State of Arizona.  Mr. Eaves also tries cases in Federal District Court for the District of Arizona.  

 

 

Mr. Eaves handles cases involving allegations of malpractice against physicians, attorneys and other professionals in Arizona.  Mr. Eaves also practices before various professional boards including the Arizona Medical Board and the State Bar of Arizona in matters involving administrative complaints against doctors, lawyers and other professionals. 

 

 

Mr. Eaves represents the City of Phoenix as well as Maricopa County in medical malpractice cases, personal injury cases, and cases involving allegations of Constitutional violations. 

 

 

Mr. Eaves protects the rights of people who have been injured in the State of Arizona.  He represents Arizona residents as well as others who have been injured as a result of accidents or negligence.  He represents victims who have been injured in accidents caused by a defective tire or another vehicle defect.  Mr. Eaves also represents Arizona residents who have been injured because a bar or restaurant served a patron too much wine, beer or liquor and put an intoxicated driver on the street.  Mr. Eaves has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and continues to work to protect Arizona's injured.
